Established partner or equivalent with an active, portable corporate or litigation practice
Track record handling large-scale commercial transactions and/or complex commercial litigation
Experience in one or more target sectors: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive
Preference for team hires or partners able to quickly generate significant fee volume; strong origination and client relationships required
