Senior partner hire sought for a Miami-based restructuring and bankruptcy practice. The role will focus on growing both lender-side high-yield distressed debt work and debtor-side restructuring matters, leading transactions and complex workouts.

The partner will originate and drive business development, manage client relationships, and lead deal teams on cross-border and domestic restructurings. The position offers a platform with established resources and an experienced transactional and restructuring team.

Proven partner-level experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and distressed debt matters.
Track record representing lenders and/or debtors in high-yield distressed debt and workouts.
Portable practice and demonstrable book of business suitable for partner placement.
Strong client development and matter leadership skills; ability to mentor senior associates and collaborate with cross-practice teams.
