Leading US law firm is seeking a partner to join its Miami corporate practice with a primary focus on transactional work across M&A, project finance and energy sector matters (renewables and traditional energy). The role will blend deal execution with business development responsibilities and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will lead complex cross-border and domestic transactions, work with teams across related finance and energy practices, and help grow the regional platform. This is a partner-level hire where a portable practice and demonstrable origination ability are valued.

Partner-level experience advising on M&A, transactional and project finance matters; experience in energy sector transactions preferred.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and business development.
Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams and collaborate with finance and sector specialists.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted.
