Well-established international firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen a combined corporate and commercial litigation capability in New York. The role will work on large transactional matters and major commercial disputes across multiple industry sectors.

The team prioritizes bringing established groups rather than isolated hires; candidates with an existing, portable practice and demonstrable client relationships will be given priority. Sector experience sought includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Established partner with a strong track record in both corporate transactions (including M&A) and commercial litigation.
Demonstrated sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
Proven client development and relationship portability; preference for candidates who can join as part of a team or who bring a significant portable practice.
Experience leading teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development and cross‑border matters.
