Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen an integrated corporate and commercial litigation platform in Philadelphia. The role is focused on high-value M&A and complex commercial disputes across regulated and technology-driven sectors.

Priority will be given to established teams or partners with a portable, revenue-generating practice and a track record of originating and leading significant matters. Sector experience of interest includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Established partner with substantial senior-level experience in both corporate transactions (M&A) and commercial litigation.
Proven track record leading deals and litigation matters and managing or acquiring teams.
Demonstrable client relationships / portable practice and origination capability.
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive preferred.
