Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand a combined corporate and commercial litigation practice in its Philadelphia office. The role focuses on high-value transactional work alongside complex commercial disputes across regulated sectors, including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

This hire is intended to grow volume and capabilities quickly; the team is prioritizing group moves and candidates who can collaborate across U.S. and international offices to service cross-border matters and large institutional clients.

Established partner with a track record of handling large commercial litigation and significant corporate transactions (M&A, private equity or similar).
Proven ability to bring and develop client relationships — a portable practice or demonstrable client origination record is required.
Capacity and preference to join as part of or build a team; comfortable coordinating with other U.S. and international offices.
Sector experience in one or more: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.
