Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tampa office with a split Corporate and Commercial Litigation focus. The role will combine originating and managing transactional work (M&A, corporate governance) with handling commercially significant disputes.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with national and international colleagues on cross-border matters. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced partner with a portable practice and a proven track record of business development.

Established partner-level lawyer with significant experience in corporate transactions and commercial litigation.
Proven ability to originate and sustain client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills, with experience mentoring associates.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to transfer admission.
