Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner (or small team) to expand its San Francisco corporate and commercial litigation platform. The role will handle big‑ticket transactional work and high‑stakes commercial disputes across technology, life sciences, financial services, energy and related sectors.

Hiring preference is for teams or partners with an established portable practice and demonstrated ability to originate and grow revenue. The group serves cross‑border matters with active markets in Northern California, New York, Texas, the UK and continental Europe.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
Track record in private equity, venture capital, M&A and related transactional work, or major commercial litigation matters.
Sector experience: technology, life sciences, financial services, energy and automotive preferred.
Proven history of originating business and a portable client base; preference for team hires over single hires.
Comfort working on cross‑border matters and collaborating with international colleagues.
