Leading national law firm is seeking a corporate partner to join its Los Angeles office. The role will focus on mid-market and larger transactional work, including mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and governance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team, lead client engagements, and work closely with partners across the firm’s U.S. platform. There is opportunity to bring and grow a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Track record of client origination and relationship management; ability to develop business
Proven deal leadership and experience supervising teams
Bar admission and ability to practice in California
