The firm is seeking a senior lawyer who can lead complex M&A transactions, supervise local teams, and contribute to business development across the UAE and broader region. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring client relationships is advantageous.

Qualified lawyer with substantial M&A and corporate governance experience; admitted in a common law jurisdiction or local UAE qualification advantageous.
Proven track record leading cross‑border transactions and managing teams.
Business development capability and history of generating or maintaining client relationships.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent client communication skills, and familiarity with UAE market and regulatory environment.
