Partner — Corporate & M&A, Abu Dhabi

Senior partner opportunity in Abu Dhabi with a well-established international firm’s corporate team. The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work across the UAE and wider region.

The team advises corporate and private clients on cross-border and domestic transactions; the office is seeking a partner able to develop and lead mandates, strengthen client relationships and drive business development locally.

Portable practice and an existing client following are welcome and will be an important factor in the appointment.

• Proven partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and transactional matters.
• Track record of business development and managing client relationships; a portable practice or client following is an advantage.
• Experience advising on corporate governance and cross-border deals in the UAE/GCC markets.
• Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction or equivalent commercial experience.
