Partner — Corporate / M&A (Atlanta)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a highly regarded law firm’s corporate practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity work and broad corporate governance and transactional matters.

The ideal candidate will have a focused corporate/transactional practice, strong drafting and analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. The firm values partners with established business development foundations and some portable client relationships.

• Approximately fifteen years of meaningful corporate and transactional experience
• Substantial experience in M&A and private equity matters
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills
