Partner — Corporate/M&A, Austin

Leading law firm is seeking a partner to join its corporate practice in Austin with a focus on M&A and transactional work. The role involves leading complex transactions, advising board-level stakeholders on governance matters, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Ideal candidate will bring a portable corporate practice or proven client origination ability and will work closely with deal teams across the firm’s U.S. platform. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a market-facing corporate practice within a well-resourced firm.

• Established partner-level corporate/M&A track record handling complex transactions.
• Demonstrated client development and relationship-management ability (portable practice preferred).
• Strong technical skills in transactional documentation and corporate governance.
• Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to transfer; experience leading teams and mentoring associates.
