Leading international law firm seeking a partner to join its Dallas corporate practice with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work with cross‑disciplinary teams including IP and finance specialists on matters for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients.

Ideal candidates will be experienced partner‑level practitioners able to originate and lead transactions, collaborate across national and sectoral practices, and contribute to business development in the region. Flexible deployment across related practice groups is expected.

Partner-level experience in M&A, corporate finance or capital markets; significant experience with technology transactions preferred.
Proven track record of leading deals and managing client relationships; portable practice or ability to develop business in the region preferred.
Experience working with cross‑border teams and coordinating with IP, finance and regulatory colleagues.
Strong commercial judgment, client development skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
