Partner — Corporate & M&A / Capital Markets (Austin)

Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join the Austin office with a core focus on corporate transactions and capital markets. The role emphasizes M&A (including private equity), issuer-side capital markets work, and transactional matters for technology, life sciences, energy and financial services clients.

The office is expanding and looking for a partner able to originate and lead client engagements, collaborate across practices (including IP and litigation where relevant), and contribute to business development and team growth in the region.

• Proven partner-level transactional practice — M&A and capital markets experience preferred
• Track record of originating or materially growing client relationships; portable practice welcomed
• Experience advising technology, life sciences, energy or financial services clients strongly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively across corporate, finance, IP and related teams
