Partner — Corporate / M&A, Capital Markets & Technology Transactions — Dallas

Seeking a partner to join a large international corporate practice in Dallas, with a primary focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will work with cross-practice teams covering healthcare and life sciences, emerging growth companies, and technology clients, and will engage on both transactional and related IP/litigation matters.

This position offers a platform to originate and grow a portable practice while collaborating with teams across multiple U.S. and international offices. Candidates should be comfortable leading deals, managing client relationships and working with sector-focused groups (healthcare, life sciences, fintech and technology).

• Established partner with significant transactional experience (M&A and capital markets) and demonstrated client development track record.
• Experience advising technology, healthcare/life sciences or financial services clients on complex transactions and related IP/licensing or dispute issues.
• Proven ability to lead deal teams, manage cross-office collaboration and mentor junior lawyers.
• Portable business desirable; strong origination and relationship management skills expected.
• Active admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
