The role will work across industry sectors including technology, life sciences, financial services and energy, and will collaborate with national and international teams.

The successful candidate will help grow and originate work, advise issuer and sponsor-side transactions, and support technology-related commercial and IP transactional matters. Opportunities include client development, cross‑border deals and coordination with specialist IP and finance teams.

Partner-level record in corporate M&A and capital markets, including technology-related transactions
Demonstrated client development and relationship‑building skills; portable practice preferred
Experience working on cross-border matters and coordinating with IP/finance teams
Active bar admission and strong academic and professional credentials
