Senior partner opportunity with a global full-service firm seeking an established corporate leader to help grow M&A, capital markets and emerging-growth work out of its Minneapolis office. The role will work closely with cross-practice teams serving life sciences, healthcare, technology and other regulated industries.

The position combines origination and client-facing work with internal practice development: leading deal teams, coordinating with IP and litigation specialists on technology and life-sciences matters, and advising issuers and strategic buyers/sellers on complex transactions.

This is a lateral partner role for candidates with an existing, portable corporate practice who want to expand their platform within a large international firm network.

Established partner or equivalent with significant M&A and/or capital markets experience.
Track record advising life sciences, healthcare, technology or other regulated-industry clients preferred.
Experience coordinating cross-practice teams, including IP and litigation support on transactional matters.
Proven business development and client relationship skills; a portable practice is highly desirable.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly.
