Partner — Corporate / M&A (Charlotte)

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charlotte corporate practice. The role will focus on M&A and general corporate transactional work, advising public and private clients on buy‑side and sell‑side matters and corporate governance issues.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a transactional practice in the office, work closely with cross‑office deal teams, and play a visible client‑facing role. A portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is welcome.

• Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience
• Strong background in corporate governance and general corporate matters
• Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable business preferred
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to transfer admission
