Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its Chicago corporate practice. The role focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, capital markets work and deals for emerging growth and technology companies, with regular collaboration across IP, litigation, finance and energy teams.

Ideal candidates will have an established transactional practice and a track record of originating and leading complex deals across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors. A portable book of business is welcomed; the group values partners who can develop client relationships and integrate with cross-office, cross-practice deal teams.

Partner-level transactional experience in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets
Proven ability to originate and manage complex, cross-border deals and lead deal teams
Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients preferred
Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development track record
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
