Established partner-level M&A and corporate governance experience with a sustained transactional track record.
Proven ability to originate and retain client work — portable book of business preferred.
Experience managing deal teams and supervising associates.
Admission to the Illinois bar (or willingness to obtain) and strong commercial judgment.
