Top-tier global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate team to lead and expand M&A, capital markets and emerging-growth work. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic transactions, issuer-side capital markets matters, and strategic work for technology, life sciences, energy and financial-services clients.

The practice will collaborate with litigation, intellectual property and technology teams on deal-related IP and disputes, and will have access to national and international platform resources. The firm is seeking an entrepreneurial partner with an established portable practice or demonstrable client relationships.

Proven partner-level transaction experience in M&A and capital markets
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships appropriate for a lateral partner
Experience advising technology, life sciences, energy or financial-services companies preferred
Comfort working across corporate, IP and technology matters and with cross-border teams
