Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate group, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and general transactional work. The team advises corporate clients across industries on complex deals and governance matters.

The role will involve leading significant M&A and transactional matters, advising on corporate governance, and developing client strategies. You will collaborate with cross-office teams on matters that span jurisdictions and practice areas.

This is an opportunity for an experienced partner with an established, transportable practice or client relationships who can drive originations and mentor junior lawyers within the Dallas office.

• Established partner with significant M&A/transactional experience.
• Proven track record advising on corporate governance and complex deals.
• Portable practice or client relationships preferred.
• Strong business development, leadership, and collaboration skills; admitted in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for reciprocity.
