Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate team, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and transactional work with an emphasis on corporate governance. The role involves leading high-value deals, advising corporate clients across industries, and developing the regional practice.

The successful candidate will have an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing complex transactions. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team and be expected to drive business development and client relationships in the region.

Experienced transactional partner with significant M&A deal experience
Proven track record of client origination and a portable book of business
