Partner — Corporate & M&A, Dubai

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a corporate practice based in Dubai. The role focuses on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance for regional and international clients.

The successful hire will join an established international practice group and will be expected to bring a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships to accelerate origination and business development in the Middle East.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions;
• Track record advising on corporate governance matters;
• Established, portable client relationships or demonstrable origination capability;
• Admission to a common law jurisdiction or equivalent and experience practising in the UAE or the wider Middle East preferred;
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead client teams and develop business in the region.
