Senior hire for a Madrid office of a leading international law firm to lead and expand a cross-border corporate and finance practice. The role focuses on high-value M&A and financing transactions for an international client base.

The successful candidate will take a visible partner role: originating and leading deals, managing teams on complex cross-border matters, and developing business across jurisdictions. The team advises corporate and financial-sector clients on strategic transactions and financing structures.

Established partner with a proven track record in M&A and corporate finance transactions.
Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development ability with international clients.
Experience leading deal teams on cross-border matters and coordinating with other jurisdictions.
Strong commercial judgement, client-management skills and fluency in English; Spanish language skills highly advantageous.
