Senior partner role in a national corporate practice based in Florham Park. The position focuses on leading M&A and complex transactional engagements and advising on corporate governance matters across a broad industry client base.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, originate and develop client relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-office specialists. This is a visible role with responsibility for business development, client management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Established partner with a strong, demonstrable corporate/M&A practice.
• Proven ability to originate and/or bring portable client relationships.
• Extensive experience in transactional work and corporate governance matters.
• Admitted (or able to be admitted) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; strong professional references and leadership experience.
