Senior corporate partner appointment in Geneva to lead and develop cross-border M&A and transactional work. The role will focus on advising corporates and other sophisticated clients on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and related corporate matters.

The firm seeks a partner with an established transactional practice able to originate and run deals, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development across the region. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of generating client opportunities is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate/transactional work.
Established client relationships or a portable practice (business development capability).
Ability to lead transactions and supervise associates.
Admission or the ability to practise in Switzerland (or equivalent qualifications) preferred.
