Established global law firm is expanding its Baltimore corporate platform and seeks a partner to lead and grow a cross-practice transactional and advisory offering. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work, with strong opportunities to advise technology-sector clients, emerging growth companies, and related IP matters.

The successful candidate will join a growing regional team, collaborate with national and international colleagues, and handle high‑visibility corporate and transaction matters. The firm welcomes experienced partners with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business development track record.

Partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets, private equity or tech transactions; transactional IP experience or familiarity with IP litigation/transactions a plus.
Proven client origination and business development capabilities; portable book of business welcomed.
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring associates; ability to collaborate across national and international offices.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Baltimore office.
