Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy corporate practice in Indianapolis with a primary focus on mergers & acquisitions and transactional work. The role will be client-facing and involve leading complex deals, advising boards on governance matters, and managing cross-functional teams.

The partner will work with established corporate clients across industry sectors, drive matter strategy, supervise associates, and play an active role in business development. This is an opportunity to join a large national firm platform while continuing to grow a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development success preferred
Strong deal leadership, negotiation and drafting skills
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
J.D. and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
