Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its San Diego office to broaden and lead growth in corporate transactional work and related IP and technology disputes and transactions. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-driven matters across life sciences, energy and financial-services sectors.

The team values rainmaking capability and practice leadership: you will help develop client relationships, originate work and mentor junior lawyers while collaborating with national and international teams. This is a strategic, client-facing role with significant opportunity to shape regional growth.

Established partner-level track record in M&A and capital markets, and/or IP litigation and technology transactions.
Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development success preferred.
Experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-office/global practice groups.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the San Diego office.
