The successful candidate will advise on cross-border and domestic transactions, develop client relationships, and work with a regional team to expand market presence. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice in a major commercial centre.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate and M&A work, with a strong regional network.
• Proven track record advising on corporate governance and transactional matters.
• Demonstrable business development skills and ability to win and manage clients.
• Experience working on cross-border transactions and with international teams; familiarity with the Saudi market preferred.
