Leading international practice is seeking a partner to join a broad San Francisco platform covering corporate (M&A and capital markets), emerging growth and technology transactions, and related litigation and IP matters. The role will work with industry-focused teams in life sciences, technology, financial services and energy.

Search is open to established groups or senior individual partners with a portable practice. The successful candidate will help grow client relationships across transactions and disputes and collaborate with national and international colleagues.

Established partner with significant transaction and/or litigation/IP experience at a major firm
Proven track record in M&A, capital markets, technology or life‑sciences work (issuer-side capital markets experience a plus)
Portable client relationships or demonstrable origination capability
Ability to collaborate across multi-office teams and support business development
