Partner — Corporate & M&A — London

Leading international law firm seeks a London-based lateral partner to expand its corporate practice, with a focus on M&A and high-value transactional work. The role will cover cross-border acquisitions, buy‑outs, and corporate governance matters for a mix of domestic and international clients.

The postholder will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and work closely with closely with sector specialists across the firm's network. A portable practice and an appetite to originate and grow work in the UK market are welcome.

• Proven partner-level experience handling complex M&A and transactional matters in the UK market.
• Strong track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice desirable.
• Ability to lead deal teams and collaborate across international offices.
• Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK/EU qualification and strong commercial judgment.
