Partner — Corporate & M&A, Los Angeles (Century City)

Established corporate partner sought for a major international firm’s Los Angeles (Century City) office. The role focuses on M&A and capital markets work, with significant opportunities to lead engagements for emerging growth and technology clients and to collaborate with the firm’s IP and tech-transaction teams.

The position offers a platform to build and lead a team, work cross‑border on complex corporate matters, and expand relationships across technology, life sciences, financial services and other sector clients. Portable practice or demonstrable client origination experience is welcome.

• Senior partner with a demonstrable track record in M&A and capital markets representation, including issuer-side and private equity matters.
• Experience advising emerging growth, technology and sector clients (e.g., life sciences, financial services) and handling technology-related transactions and IP-related issues.
• Proven business development and team leadership ability; experience working on cross‑border matters preferred.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
