Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Corporate & M&A practice in downtown Los Angeles. The role will focus on private equity and strategic M&A, capital markets work on the issuer side, and matters for technology, life sciences, energy and financial-services clients.

The position sits on a national and cross‑border platform and will work closely with litigation, IP and technology teams on transactional and IP‑licensing matters. The team prefers group hires but will consider established individual partners who can grow a practice in the region.

Portable business is welcomed and the role offers leadership opportunities within a high‑visibility, collaborative practice focused on client development and cross‑office coordination.

Partner-level experience with a demonstrable corporate/M&A and capital‑markets track record.
Proven client origination and relationship management; portable business preferred.
Experience advising technology, life‑sciences, energy or financial‑services clients advantageous.
Strong transactional and deal‑execution skills and ability to collaborate with litigation/IP teams on related matters.
