Leading international law firm seeks an experienced transactional partner to join its Quebec practice, working across Montreal and other provincial offices. The team focuses on commercial M&A and transactional work for corporate clients (no individual/private client work).

We are looking for an active, growth-oriented partner who will contribute origination and expand a portable corporate/M&A practice. The role offers equity or fixed-capital partnership routes depending on the candidate’s book and strategic fit, and partners may work across offices within the region.

Established corporate/M&A partner with a portable transactional practice
Proven origination and business-development capability
Experience working on commercial M&A and related transactional matters
Admitted (or eligible) to practise in Quebec and able to work across regional offices
