Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its corporate team in Munich. The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the practice, advising corporate clients on buy- and sell-side transactions, shareholder matters and general corporate advisory work. There is scope to develop the practice and work collaboratively with other offices.

Applicants with an established, portable practice or a strong origination track record are particularly encouraged to apply; the firm is open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate.

Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) with substantial partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Proven track record of leading deals and advising on corporate governance matters
Demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships (portable practice welcomed)
Fluent in German and strong English skills for cross-border work
