The team seeks an experienced, client-facing partner who can lead deal execution, manage junior lawyers and help grow the local corporate practice. International firm experience is strongly preferred; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are expected.

Proven partner-level corporate/M&A experience; strong track record of leading transactions
Client development skills and evidence of a portable practice or cultivated client relationships
Experience in cross-border transactional work and corporate governance matters
Ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers; strong commercial judgment and communication skills
