Partner — Corporate (M&A) — New York

Senior transactional partner opportunity to join a well-established corporate team in New York focused on M&A and related corporate work. The role involves leading complex buy- and sell-side transactions, advising on governance matters, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams on multi-jurisdictional deals.

The team advises corporate clients across a range of industry sectors; the position offers significant client-facing responsibility and the chance to develop a portable practice. Partners will play a visible role in pitch and business development activities and mentor junior lawyers on deal execution.

• Proven partner-level M&A/transactional experience in a major market.
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on complex transactions.
• Ability to lead client pitches and contribute to business development and team growth.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
