Partner, Corporate & M&A — New York

Senior lateral partner opportunity with a major national firm’s New York corporate group. The role focuses on leading M&A and complex transactional matters across industries, advising corporate clients on deal strategy and execution.

The team handles cross-border and domestic transactions, and the firm seeks a partner who will drive business development, mentor junior lawyers, and take a visible role on high-value matters. Portable client relationships or a demonstrable record of originating work are welcomed.

• Established partner with a track record in M&A and transactional work.
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable business welcomed.
• Experience leading deal teams and managing complex cross-border transactions.
• Good judgment, strong commercial orientation, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Active bar admission(s) and JD from an accredited law school.
