Partner — Corporate M&A (New York)

Leading New York office seeks a lateral partner to strengthen and grow a corporate transactional and M&A practice. The role will involve leading complex deals, originating and managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers within a busy, full‑service corporate team.

We are looking for a commercial dealmaker comfortable running cross‑border and domestic transactions, collaborating with other practice groups, and integrating into a market‑facing platform. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate business is welcome.

• Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships or a portable practice.
• Experience leading complex deal processes and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to transfer) and strong professional references.
