Partner — Corporate / M&A, New York

Established corporate practice in New York is seeking a lateral partner to lead and develop M&A and transactional work. The role offers senior client-facing responsibility on cross-border and domestic deals within an established corporate platform.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, take ownership of matters, and help drive business development. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice or expand an existing client base within a broad corporate practice group.

• Seat as a partner / senior corporate lawyer with substantial M&A / transactional experience
• Proven track record of leading complex deals and managing teams
• Demonstrable client development skills and willingness to grow a portable practice
• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and a US law degree
