Partner — Corporate & M&A, New York

Leading international corporate practice is seeking a senior lateral partner to join its New York team. The role focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital work for a broad range of corporate clients.

The practice offers a platform with strong transactional capabilities across finance and corporate matters, high-quality deal flow and cross-border opportunities. The team is looking for a partner who can contribute immediately through an established, portable practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and/or venture capital transactions
• Track record of originating and managing significant corporate deals and client relationships
• Established, portable client base / book of business (discussion of scale at interview)
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to work across finance and corporate teams on cross-border transactions
