Top national law firm is seeking an experienced restructuring partner to join its New York restructuring and finance practice. The role will support growth of lender-side high‑yield and distressed‑debt work while also expanding creditor and debtor bankruptcy capabilities.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team that handles complex capital‑markets and workout matters, advising both financing sources and restructuring stakeholders. This is a visible role with client development and team leadership responsibilities.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring, distressed debt and bankruptcy matters.
Demonstrable track record on lender-side high‑yield/distressed‑debt work and/or debtor-side restructurings.
Portable book of business or clear origination capability (candidates with an existing client base will be prioritized).
Strong leadership, client management and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
