The firm offers a collaborative environment with a strong presence across multiple major U.S. markets, including New York, Washington, D.C., Houston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Florida, and Philadelphia. The corporate and finance group advises clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, lending, public finance, restructuring, real estate, and insurance matters.

The ideal candidate will have a portable client following and a proven track record of success in corporate and/or finance law. This is a platform where partners can thrive with the support of a full-service firm and a commitment to professional development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Significant experience in corporate and/or finance matters
