The firm’s restructuring platform spans debtor/company-side, creditor-side, and capital solutions, with equal strategic interest in all three areas. The role offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest distressed-company matters in the country, within a firm known for its strong private equity and asset-management client base and its recent growth in restructuring globally.

Significant portable book of business, ideally $10M+ (USD) in revenue; candidates with practices clearly north of $7M (USD) are required.
Strong relationships with clients that can be cross-sold within the firm, particularly in private equity (credit and equity), asset management, and financially distressed companies.
Ability to plug into the firm's platform to unlock revenue from its existing client base.
Eligibility for partnership at the firm's senior level.
