Am Law 200 firm seeks an experienced project finance partner (or counsel) to join its New York office and help drive growth in its corporate practice. This is an open-ended, senior-level search focused on building out a nimble, relationship-driven platform.

The firm is intentionally small and wants to remain so, but is expanding selectively as part of a strategic initiative to add three to five partners annually across a range of practices. Project finance is a key priority, building on recent lateral activity in this space.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established project finance practice, with cross-border experience preferred
• Ability to generate business and work collaboratively in a small-firm environment
• Cultural fit is heavily weighted—entrepreneurial, self-starting, team-oriented
• Transactional depth in M&A, leveraged finance, or adjacent areas is welcome
