Partner — Corporate / M&A (Princeton)

Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Princeton corporate practice and help build a market-facing M&A and transactional platform. The role is client-facing and involves leading deals, advising on corporate governance, and developing new client relationships.

The successful candidate will join a multi-office team and collaborate with national practice groups on cross-border and domestic transactions. This is an opportunity to take on a visible leadership role and expand a portable practice in the region.

• Established partner with significant experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Proven track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable client base preferred
• Strong experience advising on corporate governance and transactional matters
• Ability to lead deal teams, mentor associates, and work across offices
• Active bar admission and excellent academic and professional references
