Senior corporate partner role within the transactional team of a leading US law firm’s Princeton office. The position focuses on M&A and general corporate transactional work across middle- and large-market deals.

The team advises strategic and private equity clients on acquisitions, dispositions and related corporate matters. The firm is seeking a market-facing partner to develop relationships, lead transactions and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience.
Proven client development and origination capability; a portable practice is welcome.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to manage deal teams from start to finish.
Admission to a relevant U.S. bar and ability to work on matters for domestic clients.
